We mix our creole rice with andouille
sausage and asiago cheese and then form it into balls, bread them and then
deep fry. Accompanied by creole sauce. $7.95
Gorgonzola Fries
Waffle fries smothered in Gorgonzola
sauce and then topped with applewood-smoked bacon and scallions. $6.95
Roadhouse Fries
Waffle fries topped with pulled pork, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese
